You will need a VISA to enter Singapore if the issuing country of your passport is one of the listed countries by the Singapore government.
Please click the following URL and go on to “Check if You Need an Entry Visa” then,
“Travel Documents by Countries and Places” to determine whether you need to apply for a VISA or not.

Please click on the country you are from and follow the instructions. Fill out both Form 14A and Form V39A and submit them to e-service.
In order to complete the application forms 14A and V39A, you will need to have them endorsed by a local contact in Singapore. If you do not have any local contacts, please contact the IPA Secretariat. The IPA Secretariat will introduce a local contact to you.
